Fees & Medicare Rebates

  • Fees are payable on the day of your appointment.

  • ​The out-of-pocket cost shown below is an estimate only and may vary depending on the complexity, length, and clinical content of your consultation.

  • Medicare rebates may apply to eligible patients for both in-person and telehealth (video) consultations.

  • The rebate received depends on the length, complexity, and clinical content of the consultation, and the Medicare item number selected on the day, in accordance with Medicare guidelines.

  • Medicare item numbers are determined after your consultation has taken place and cannot be confirmed in advance.

  • To be eligible for a Medicare rebate, both the patient and the doctor must be physically located in Australia at the time of the consultation.

  • Telehealth consultations are conducted via secure video and are suitable for many, but not all, clinical situations. If an in-person assessment is required, this will be discussed during your appointment.

                            Cancellation policy

 

For non-attendance, there will be no charge for the first instance, but the patient will be kindly reminded of the policy. For the second instance, a $50 charge will apply, and no further appointments can be booked until the fee is settled. Please note that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all appointments.
